there's a thread on here about a guy that bought a locking fuel door from a tractor supply store. best bet, take your cap off and walk in to match the thread / size and for $7 u should be set!
crap, i was too hasty in my reply. noticed u wand the DOOR not the cap. on that note, i've seen some aftermarket on eBay that go for $40 for the black w/a lock.

Back in January I walked in Pep Boys, they had a clearance table going on. There were 2 Dodge Ram 2500-3500 fuel filler doors. The diameter was 1/2'' too large and it was brushed finish instead of black but for $29.00 I figured I'd buy it and try it. I ground off 1/4'' all the way around then took my DA sander and cleaned it up.( So it was the same diameter as the factory fuel filler pocket). I then removed the factory fuel pocket and countersunk the hex drive screws into it so the door would fit flush, and after a real good sanding and lacquer thinner wash then I shot it with black semi-flat enamel. The toughest thing was notching the fuel filler pocket so the push latch would work. After 6 months the black is still on it, it looks just like the Mopar and I saved $70.00.
A lock can be installed , by drilling the lid and installing a cylinder and lock arm which are available from most hardware supply houses for less than $10.00.

Not sure if you guys have this option in the States but Mopar gives away $50 coupons each year for accessories... You might want to call Chrysler and speak to a Client Care rep to see if you can get one. I certainly have made good use of them and my fuel door is waiting at the dealership for me to get my new one as we speak.
