Nope... looks like it on the outside... but that is a pickup on the inside... take off the hard top and you've got the pickup version.

That makes total sense, since it is obviously a right-hand driver also. And if you notice it still has the roll-bar inside of it, as well they have a portable boom box which they may be listening to since military vehicles lack such luxuries.
