Default Checking my tires/wheels before ordering...

Just checking with you guys to make sure this combo will be okay. Jeep has a 2.5" lift. I still can't decide on which tire though. Is it worth the 75 over the 70 for $40 each? Anyone have a pic with this setup?

I think you will be happier with the 35x12.5 in the long run I got mine installed for 300 per tire
Also a 9" wheel is wide for either of the metric sizes you mentioned

That's a 285-70-17 on a 9" wide wheel with no lift. If I were you I would get the 75s

Hmm.. those are 330 on Amazon.. maybe I'll hit up discount tire. I was going to get it all installed there anyway.

Would the 35 do okay on that wheel?

Yes a 9" wheel would be perfect for the 35

Those tires are heavier than the average mud terrain tire? Do you have an aftermarket tire carrier.

I would go with the bigger size, and yes that wheel is fine for either tire

Okay, I'm about to order. Anything wrong with this combo?

That will work... just a little narrower... it's really what you think. Me, I prefer the 12.50" wide tires but it's a preference thing. All other performance should be very similar.
