Default Checking setup cohesiveness

So, Im hoping to get a JK come the first of the year. Im planning out what Ill want to do to it and have run into a couple questions. Are the stock wheels hubcentric? Ive got 2 possible setups Im looking towards, and just wanted to make sure theyd work ok.

1. 2.5" Teraflex BB w/ shocks, 1" body lift, 17x8 wheels with 4.25" backspacing, 35x12.5x17 tires.

2. 2.5" Teraflex BB w/ shocks, 17x8 wheels with 4.25" backspacing, 305/70R17 tires.

Am I going to run into any issues w/ either of the above setups? Will a 35" spare fit on the stock holder? Any other thoughs/suggestions welcome. Thanks.

You should be fine in the first setup without the Body Lift.

Im a fan of a little gap though. Nothing huge but Im not much on the squeezed look. I assume if that would be alright, I should be fine w/ the second setup also? Thanks for the info.
