Default checklist for my future build!

Ok My jeep is a 2010 Jku sport. Im currently sitting on 35"x12.5x17 km2's with a 4" RC suspension lift. Mud and deep water is the main terrain around here so I want to build her better for that. my goal is to be sitting on 40s by next year but i want to do it properly. my stock axles of course are gonna have to go for a better set of axles, possibly D60s. I just want to know what I am Going to need to reach this goal. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. heres what my rig is starting off as.

CHECKLIST: I will add to it as I figure out what I will need to do this correctly and not haveing parts continuosly breaking on me.

-D60 front&rear axles.. not sure what gear ratio would be best for 40s?
-adjustable control arms
-extended brake lines
-1.25" BL
-what else?
