Default Chrysler T&C 3.8 Liter

So I'm working on an 07 Chrysler T&C today and it has a 3.8 Liter motor. I started checking it out and the throttle body and intake manifold is completely different than the JK. It appears to be quite a bit larger in diameter and looks considerably different. The rest of the motor and attached bits look the same but I'm wondering if both the throttle body, intake and other goodies might be installed for a possible horsepower gain? Any other gearheads notice this?

Yeah I'm a Technician. Check out the oil filter. Straight up and down. Lucky bums.

It has a completely different pan. The oil filter housing is on the pan and the filter sits perpendicular. I'm pretty sure it's as easy as a pan swap, but I'd have to see them side by side to be sure.
