Default classic trektop ?

I am looking at a used trektop (not nx) from local craigslist, $325. After reading a lot of reviews, almost all of which are bad, now I'm having my doubts. Are they really that bad. I have a hard top 4 door. Just looking for something a little easier to remove or take down when I get to the trails. Can't you just take them off and put them on fairly easy. I know you can roll back top and remove rear window, but would like to take off for a few hours and put back on for ride home. Is this doable? Any advice. Thanks

I don't think the windows zip off of the classic ones? 325 is high IMO

I just bought a used one for 250 for my JKUR the only thing that was missing was the tailgate bar but I just ordered one. You can roil it up all the way and just tuck the windows in and bungy strap it to your roll bar

I bought mine for $175, then bought a new surrounds for $100.

I don't take the top off if the temp is under 90'. That's because i don't like the difficulty of the top in colder weather.

If you can get the top for $300, i'd say go for it. But for $400, if you can wait to get an NX, get the new one. For ease of side windows and every other part.
