Default Clicking sound when turning...advice?

I'm hoping someone can help me out with this 'cause I just have a feeling that the issue may be getting worse before it gets better. So I recently just put a teraflex leveling kit on my unlimited and very soon afterward, I started getting this clicking sound when I turn. It seems to happen more when I turn left than when i turn right but it happens when I turn either way. It almost feels like something is catching and then gives at the last moment...making the click/knocking sound. I'm thinking it has to do with my tie rod and/or steering stabilizer (which are both still stock). I was thinking about just getting a new steering stabilizer but then figured I should get everyone's opinion before I spend any dough. Another thing too...I hit a pretty big puddle yesterday and I thought I was gonna lose control of the jeep but it wasn't hydroplaning, it felt like the tires couldn't keep themselves in a straight line...the steering wheel jerked back and forth in my hands pretty bad...
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix it? Is it something as simple as a new steering stabilizer?
As always...thanks everyone!
JK

Get under the jeep an tighten everything up or take back to the person that put the lift on and tell them to fix it. Sounds like you have loose bolts at the trackbar. Do some searches in here for death wobble. That will get you closer. Good Luck

It's probable your u-joints on the front axels. The problem you describe sounds close to what happened to mine. I changed them three months ago, clicking is now gone.

Hmm I had the same noise. I think it was my stabilizer catching on the mount once compressed. I'd have someone sit in the jeep and turn the wheel while u lay down and listen/watch for the sound.

Had to break down and just take it to the dealer. Ended up that some bolts were loose and I need a new steering stabilizer. They said a steering stabilizer installed was gonna be like $285! Hahaha... I wonder how many people actually pay for that not knowing you can buy a new one for $50...
