Default Clunk/bind feeling

Ok so I have a 2013 Jeep JKU sport. I purchased stock and got a warranty with it. It has 92k miles. So the upgrades I have done so far has been 2.5 JKS lift wheels and tires and that is it. That is it because it seems it is always at the shop and I am getting close to selling it and giving up on Jeep. This is my first Jeep and it feels like a complete lemon. So I took the Jeep to the dealer for warranty the axle seals were leaking and steering pump was whining. They replaced pump said they heard compressor noise and replaced that also said the rear gears were shot and needed to be replaced so they did everything and 2 weeks later I got it back and the front driver axle started leaking again so I took it back they replaced seal again now after driving it about 70 miles I am getting a clunking slash bind feeling under the driver seat and feel it in the gas pedal. It happens usually at speeds above 45 and is not really audible mostly a feel. It feels bad like something will fail either in the diff or the driveshaft I can’t tell. Could they have screwed something up when changing the seals to cause something to bind? I have checked everything I even changed the ballpoints because there was some play in them but that wasn’t it. I also noticed a little play in the driveshaft at the tcase but the boot is intact and no grease slinging. It just seems to coincidental that the clunking is happening right after getting it back. What could it be? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated about to throw in the towel here.

Sorry for the heavy breathing. Not a lot of visible movement but a lot of clicking. Could this be my culprit?
