hey sully, another thing to look as is your coils in relationship to the bumpstops. if the coils are real close to them, it could be that they are making contact with them on bumps.

The shocks and swaybars are solidly mounted.

Is it possible that I over-tightened one of the lower control arms on the driver side?

We have almost 30k miles on our unlimited and it only recently started this.
Nothing changed in our set up when this started happening.
Check those bolts. The stock ones are kinda crappy, sometimes they stretch and can't be torqued to the required torque spec. I had one that wouldn't torque and ended up snapping it off.

Do the steering shaft first. I have spent countless hours torquing and retorquing everything only to find out I had to put a bit of grease in the steering shaft. Just take the time to really work it into the splines. If that doesnt clear you up then start with shocks and swaybar links

Thanks, i will check all of the above, but it might be like asking someone to look at and tell the difference between a Thrust Proscenium vs a 3/4 Round with a Downstage Thrust vs a stage that ends at the Proscenium Arch.

In other words, I will look at it, but it all looks the same to me.

Do you have a basic TeraFlex 3" or do you have TeraFlex Flexarms also?

I had a noise that only happened when turning and braking at the same time. The front suspension would compress and the lugs on the Mud Grapplers would rub the inside lip of the stock bumper.

Doesn't sound like the same issue. But it goes to show you that everything looks fine when setting in the driveway. Can you get the condition to happen while at slow speed to see if someone standing near your Jeep can see anything out of place?

Good luck.
