Default Clunking help?

I hear an annoying clunking when going over bumps, I have a smittybilt xrc rear bumper and tire carrier, thought it was that but just put my rear bracket on and it helped but for some reason the noise is still pretty loud and it leaves me to think its not the tire carrier. The muffler is a glass packs and will shake when I use my hands but doesn't hit anything or make noise when I yank on it. My left rear shock has 20k on it and it's a fabtech 3 inch lift shock, the bushing is missing in that one. I plan to replace the shocks ASAP when I get money, as well as the muffler. Anyone wanna offer ideas as to what the clunking could be if these turn out to not be the issue after I replace them? It's very loud and it's like when I go up it goes up and comes down with the jeep. Very annoying and sounds like my jeeps a piece of crap offroad. Please help! Thanks!
