Don't get anything less than a 5lb tank. I chose the 5lb setup (actually I have dual 5lb tanks, mounted to the rear bars under the hardtop) because it didn't infringe on space, and is brilliantly accessible for use.
And get a tire inflator with gauge, it's just that much more fun.

I don't think I would trade my Powertank for anything else as a primary air source.

Not to hijack, but where do you get your tank filled. The place I go to just raised his price to $20 bucks for 10#.
And I give my tank . Its fun to have all four tires filled while my buddies are on tire #2

Can't argue with the Powertank and your setup is just about exactly what I would want, including the tire inflator and gauge. I have used a friends Powertank on the trail and immediately wished I had one. However, with my future mods (lift, shock, wheels, tires, bumpers, winch, rock rails.....) the CO2 tank is low on the list. I simply saw this as an opportunity to do a quick cheap mod (even if it is to just air up). If it doesn't, I am out a minimal amount of money.

What did you use to mount your 10lb bottle there.. I am looking at installing mine on the same side there with a mount that looks like this.. http://www.hallmann-sales.com/heavy-...le-bracket.htm
and I just cant find a way to install it that I'm happy with...
Any suggestions?

The tank in my photo is a 5lb tank. You can fit a 10 lb tank there but it hits the seat and is a tight fit.
Companies like OffRoadAir or Powertank have the roll bar mounts for the tank brackets.
The five lb tank will also mount to the side of the 2 door's rear compartment leaving just enough clearance to open the cubby. For normal wheeling I carry the one tank, I also have a spare 5lb tank I can mount on the other roll bar.

I plan on adding the Tuffy rear cubby cover, then bolting in Powertank's base mount for the angled floor bracket for toting the 10/15 lb tank.
