Default Coil Questoin

I just found a set of 3 in coil springs from a buddy at a pretty decent deal. Currently im running the RC 2.5 spacer kit that uses the factory shocks with extension as well as the brake line extensions. If I bought these coils, what else would I have to look into to make everything work together? Im also planning on doing new shocks at the same time and am pretty set on the 5100s if anyone has any input on what length. Thanks in advance for all the help. I've said it once and I'll say it again, Ive been a member of different forums with different vehicles for years and have never had the support and willingness for support that the guys on this forum give. You guys are AWESOME

Somethings to consider. I've upgraded from 2.5" to 4" and there are a couple things I added that I would have really liked to have on the 2.5"
- Lower Control Arms for the front (Fixes Caster)
- Consider front drive shaft Coast 1310 is an option (might be 1350). Stock will tear when disco'd
-Drag link flip. Probably not 100% needed but nice to have EVO is an option.
- Longer brake lines. If flexed your lines will get tight/ even with the extension bracket.

Hope this is a good start for you

Well i had a tf 2.5" coil lift and didnt think it needed anything at all mine work perfect out of the box. I just put some evo 4" springs on the jeep and i ordered a adjustable front track bar and lower control arms. O and i also had 1" spacers on top of the 2.5" springs and it was just fine. What i would do is install them then decide after driving it for awhile to see what you need! I have been driving on my evo springs for a couple weeks now and it feels a little flighty but not bad. I also have 1" spacers on the evo springs. I will let ya know how much of a difference the control arms and track bar make when i install them next week

Good looking rig Jesse. 37s? Have any issues with your front drive shaft boot with the 4" EVO coils?

Also click on the modified jk section and look at FAQ under suspension.

oh yeah forgot the adjustable front tracbar. In regards to the driveshaft. You can always just wait until you tear the boot then upgrade. Some swear they can run it forever with a torn boot.

Are you running a draglink flip?
