Default Coil spring spacers.

Has any one made their own? If so do you have dimensions? Otherwise I have to pull my coil out and measure.

I doubt anyone is making their own spacers when you can order a set so cheaply. I purchased a pair of front and a pair of rear teraflex spacers (1/2" all around) and had them delivered for less than $100 for all 4. I think the rears were only like $30 for the pair. For the aggravation and time involved in making them, why bother?

I wish it were that cheap and simple to get stuff shipped to northern Alberta. Locally the shops want about 200 for a set of front spacers. Yes Front only. That and I have a 5x10 Calypso water jet and some 3/4" plate. So Im gonna take some measurements and cut them later this week. Free is always cheaper than 100 bucks lol.

That's pretty cool if you have gear to make your own, there is a shape to the seat so that the spacer fits solidly though. Post up your efforts!

But:

$26cd each and easy to put on with basic tools.

Haha touche! Good old leaf springed bush trucks! No i am making them out of !" plate and then I will turn them down to 3/4" with a 1/4" centering lip for the isolator. Still playing with ideas, and this dump of snow is really hampering my time (damn shoveling) Ill hopefully have some pics early next week.
