I did exactly what you're talking about -- pulled spacer lift and switched to just taller coils after adding bumpers/winch/tire carrier.

I went with OME 616/617 (Medium Duty) on an Unlimited Rubicon, about 2" overall lift and less rake after the bumpers. Stiffer ride.

X2. Both are mainstream safe high quality choices. Similar to your shock selection, price may be the determining factor.
