Default Control Arm Install

I broke down and bought control arms (TeraFlex) for my Rubicon. Front lowers and rear upper and lowers. I'm gonna use the TeraFlex guide as a starting point for length, but what is the best way to put them on? Do I need to put my Jeep on jackstands? Should I do them in pairs (uppers or lowers) or 1 at a time. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Give it some time dave, you posted last night. People have other things to do on friday night -- like driving their jeeps! I'm sure someone will have an answer for you by later today.

Jack stand will work fine under he frame, then put the jack under the axle to hold it up. I would do one side at a time, top and bottom.
With that said, if you know someone with a hoist, see if you could use it, your back and body will thank you.
