control arm length

Default control arm length

I have a 4 inch RC Lift going on my JK I have adjustable control arms but im not sure of the correct length to set them. If anybody knows please post. or lead me to a thread that already has this info.

I may be wrong, but look at the instructions for the RC 4 inch kit with CA's. They should have the length measurements there. If not, go to other lift companies' site and look at instructions with replacing arms. There might be lengths listed on instructions.

Your uppers or lowers are adjustable?

Mine is a four door with m/t

The rear is easy just match your driveshaft with the pinion angle.
In the front measure angles before and matched it with after. I used the shock mount it read O, the alignment read 4.5 for caster right on the factory specs. Some run more if you replaced the diveshaft already.

I put front lower adjustable control arms on my 4 door and set them at 23" of center bolt hole to center bolt hole. They say that shou.d put me between 6 and 7 degrees of caster but I have not had it on a rack to confirm.
