well I currently have fixed length WP lower control arms for 3" lift. My lift is a little more than 3.25", so I'm wondering what length I need to adj for proper castor/pinion angle. Also I need arms that use a johnny joint or other flex joint in place of the rigid cheap poly bushings. 23" for 3" lift, but not sure for 3.25+?

Check your castor and go from there. The 23" is the start. it should get you in the ballpark.

Check what you have before you buy parts. If you are 5-6 degrees then you are fine. If you don't have any complaints about the handling then you are also fine.

Adjust the front for castor. Adjust the rear for pinion angle. If you have stock spring perches then watch your rear springs as they will bow when you adjust the pinion angle.
