I've put enough miles/use on the clayton control arms I figure they are ready for some maintenance. What type of grease would you recommend and why?

I'm looking at Dixon M.P.G for it's water resistance and overall wear. Any others to look at? Also concerned about over greasing and possibility of blowing out a seal?
