Should I change them all out with the front and rear rear adjust track bars since I added a 3.25" RC Suspension lift? Adding 37" tires, 5.38 gears, and front & rear DS eventually . . . or should I change thee DSs, gears, and trackbars before the CAs?

not necessary to change them all out. all you really need to get are adjustable front lowers to help add a bit more positive caster and rear uppers so that you can set your pinion angle after you get a new u-joint style shaft. adjustable track bars are something you want as are drive shafts but if you really needed to, you can even wait on gears. i've run 37's with 3.73's and it's doable.
I would have to say all of the above. If you want everything to ride and operate smoothly it is always smart to dial in your caster, center your tires in the wells and insure your driveshaft can handle the articulation and the tire size. It is more of a decision on which you want first.
I would say do the CAs and driveshafts first, then when the time for 37s and gears comes you will be prepared to get it all down to spec, just my .02

WOL, 37's with 3.73's? That had to be a little rough! I am thinking of going with 315/75R16's with a 2.5-3 inch lift (Teraflex or Full Traction) but won't be able to change out my 3.73's for a while. How bad is it going to be, with an automatic? I may go down a size just to keep it drivable. Just thinking.......

Another viewpoint to add to what WOL said above: It also depends on where you live. Stock gears with big tires may be acceptable on flat roads at sea level, but will it still be acceptable for those living at 6000 or higher, where constant hills is the norm?
In town, with 35's and 5.13's, I am still OD Off for the most part because of all the elevation changes...
My rig is an Auto JKU with 3.73 gears, and I have 33s (305/65R17) on a 3" TeraFlex lift - drives just fine. I was worried about regearing before but not anymore. I expect to drive this way until I have enough to put in a pro rock front axle (and re-gear)
Also got more than a 3" lift. I know TerFlex claims 4.25" front lift on a 3" lift, seems a bit more to me.

WOL, that is reassuring to hear. To address another member, I live in DFW area, which is relatively flat and certainly not 6000 feet above sea level! But your point is well taken. I feel a bit better now, and will just do it. I guess I will have to chip it, so that will take care of the speedometer calibration too, and now, it will have an added bonus! Thanks guys.
