Control Arms
I'm most likely going to get Rustys Offroad control arms, but my question is if I should get the upper and lower front control arms or just get the bolt-on long arm kit for just a little more money. Thanks!
Depends on what you're doing and how you plan to use your Jeep. Add front lowers to adjust caster to fix wandering. Add rear uppers to adjust your pinion angle for an aftermarket double cardan driveshaft. Add rear lowers with rear uppers to push the rear axle back to recenter it under the Jeep. Finally, add front uppers to push the front axle forward and still maintain the caster setting you wanted. Long arm kits allow a more vertical axle travel path and may reduce binding and maybe yield a better ride. A lot of people brag about 8 arms this or long arm that without really know what the benefits are.
