Over the past month or two I've ordered a number of products from CoolTech (UltraMount, SwitchMount and Quick Disconnect) and I think that I would honestly buy any product that they sell for the JK. Not only are the products great, but their customer service is amazing. Kendall and Cindy have been great and have bent over backwards to correct a small issue with my order (the coax from Firestik had a short in it - not their fault). Even while they were on vacation, they were sending me emails asking what they could do to correct the problem. I hope other vendors on the site can learn a lesson from how CoolTech treats their customers.

Excellent! It's always nice to hear stories about vendors that will stand behind their products and go the extra mile for the customer!

 

I agree they are good to work with. I purchased the switch mount with switches but it does not clear the auto trans console - made just right for a manual tranny, so they are having one made for me to exchange per my measurements that will fit the auto trans console area correctly. Unsure when it will be complete but at least they are working on it.
