If you're not going to be doing lots of offroad riding, I would get the ProCal, then call it a day.
I have a 2012 JKU Sport with 3.21 gears on 35" tires that I actually wheel offroad and I've had no issues yet.
When I took my JKU to Offroad Evolution to get lifted, I planned on a regear, but they told me it wouldn't be necessary...they could have made another $1000 bucks off me, but they were totally right. I now have no plans to regear until I can afford new axles.

The AEV ProCal will make your Jeep feel like stock, even with 35s. Tranny shift points and spedo are dead on and my Jeep hauls ass and has no lack of power on the trail.
The new power train combo can really work wonders with larger tires and stock gears.

I do have the Procal...I still find that it is shifting lots...Also 110 KM - 2000 RPM is somewhat right...
I did install bumpers which added some weight...What do you think...

If we assume that the cost is about $500 an axle for install, that's $1000. You can pick up a gear kit from Northridge for $550 with everything including master overhaul kit so you could, in theory, have the job done for $500 less. I know that some shops won;t let you bring your own parts because they make some profit off of selling you the parts but its worth asking.
if you talk to me...wait...i paid 1800 euros ONLY FOR LABOR...for 2 SUPERIOR R&P with SUPERIOR master kits i paid 1000 euros!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is my breakdown...270.00 per gear set - 250.00 per install kit...oil & stuff...4 hours per axle was install time...
