Default Cost to powdercoat your wheels?

Hello,

How much are people paying to have stock wheels professionally powdercoated?

Thanks,

Dale

All shops are different but most around $50 a wheel. Lots of people spray paint theres black and the looks good as well. Obviously just make sure you don't cake it on and spray at a good distance so you don't get paint runs

Are the DYI folks painting the inside as well? Or just the outside?

I am sure with the pro painting, it is the entire wheel...

Thanks,

Dale

I would paint it all but that just me. Just cover tire before you spray. Some people paint lugs most don't... I would spray it with a flat black paint, nothing with a shine

Bedline them. I did 5 wheels with 2cans of duplicolor truck bed coating and used about 10-12 sheets of 220grit sandpaper. About $40 in material and about 8hours of my time.

I used the duplicolor bedliner spray with the self etching primer and 2 decks of cards for around the rim so no overspray. Looks awesome!!!!
