CRES2 HD CARGO NET Opinions
Hi there,
Does anyone use the Smittybilt C.RES2 HD cargo restraint net? ( C.RES2 HD CARGO RESTRAINT SYSTEM - Smittybilt ) It looks to be a lot better built that the original CRES system. It uses 2-inch polyester webbing and allows you to fit the soft-top or hardtop over it.
I was wondering for those that have the CRES2 HD, are you able to tighten the webbing firmly between the roll cage bars enough to prevent flapping/fraying at highway speeds? Are the buckles strong enough to use the netting to mount items?
I'm looking at the CRES2 HD since its a cheaper than the Dirtydog and Safari Straps (they are great netting, just out of my price range).
