crush sleeve

Default crush sleeve

I was just a the shop that is doing my gears and we r having a hard time getting the crush sleeve in the rear 44 to crush. Anyone ever have this problem... tips...?

Get a new one...have had 2 do this.
Tried another one and crushed fine.

sometimes I will put just a little "pre-crush" in a vise to help. Once they start to crush they go much easier.
