Default Currie Control Arm Greasing trouble?

i had a hell of a time trying to get my Currie Control Arms to take grease....

I have no trouble greasing any other zerks on my jeep. but when i attempt to grease the currie control arms, the grease just pours out around the zerk.

do i need a special fitment on my grease gun for these zerks? any other ideas for a solution?

btw: i am using a flex tube style attachment on my grease gun to ensure that i am able to get a decent angle on some of the hard to reach zerks.

I have EXACTLY the same problem! I did manage to rotate the zerks to get a better angle, but still not getting any grease where it counts.

try replacing the grease zerks, take one out and match up from local auto parts store,I work as a mechanic so grease zerks usually on hand,I have replaced zerks in my currie, teraflex and RE components, some because they didn't want to take grease, some to get better access(45 or 90 degree zerk)

thanks for the replies.

the angles of the zerks seem to work pretty well, especially if you are using a flex tube extension on your grease gun.

it just seems that the zerks are not accepting the grease...

I will probably give Currie a call this week and try to figure this out.
