How well do the johnny joints hold up in cold weather, 0* and colder? How long does the urethane last, how often do they have to be rebuilt? Are the quite or do they clank from metal to metal contact? Any info will help, Thanks

We have customers using Johnny Joints from all over, cold weather is not an issue. The life of the urathane depends on the type of use, where you like to wheel and how often you do maintenance and grease them, as far as rebuilding them goes, we have seen vehicles with over 100k on the joints with no issues.

There is no metal to metal contact on a Johnny Joint.

X2. I had the Currie system on my TJ which had around 60k miles and no issues. I have 10k on my JK and am just as happy with this system. Just keep em greased! Also, we don't get quite as cold as MT, but we get or share of snow and cold here in SLC.
