while i haven't installed one on a JK, i have seen them up close and have some experience with them on TJ's and can tell you that they are a great upgrade that will offer plenty of flex on the trail and while still offering stability.

I really like mine. They are amazing when you leave the pavement. My only problem with them is running an after market bumper. The Rock Hard uses the same holes on the frame for its side brackets as the Anti Sways. The Anti Sways have to bolt on on top of those side bumper brackets. That makes the torsion bar about 1/2" too short. I put washers on each end and centered the bar inside the brackets as best I could. I don't know of a perfect fix for this, but I'd feel better about it if there was some way to get a slightly longer torsion bar to accommodate for after market bumpers.

on the trail they should work awesome but on road do you feel any unstable effects if running both front and rear.

I am running JKS quick disconnects in the front and planning to put currie at the rear but i think the front also needs to anti rock to get the perfect balance

Yep do both. The steering is a little "looser" on the road, but it only took me minutes to get used to it. It seems to amplify any discrepancies you have in your steering. If you have your steering set up well you'll hardly notice it.

Yup, I have had the same experience. Feels a little looser but only takes a couple of short drives to get used to it. I think you will be happy with the on road performance and even happier with the off road performance.
