Currie steering, Currectlync
I've had the new steering system on for almost a year, Currie Currectlync with the tie rod and drag link. I have a couple of issues. First, I cannot get the large nut to stay tight. Keeps rattling loose. Second, I've had an issue with my passenger tire (not sure if this is the correct way to say it) go "toe out" because the tie rod won't keep it in. It wiggles out of alignment over time, every couple of months. Third, I've been unable to confirm if I should flip the tie rod and drag link to improve steering geometry. Fourth, anyone know how to flip the Currie system?
Finally I've called Currie multiple times with very little help. I personally think there is something wrong with their setup but cannot confirm. If anyone has any thoughts on everthing above and can help me out it wiuld be appreciated,.
Thanks

I dont know the specifics of currie's design. But if a nut keeps coming loose, put some red loctite on it and torque it properly. Overtorque will stretch the threads(grade 5, 8.8 i bet), so check them first to be sure. If its a rod type end, they are very soft metal, partially meant to break in a crash. Overtorqu will ruin them.
As far as a tire going toe out, make sure your wheel bearing isnt wobbly and tricking you (happens quite a bit). Otherwise something must be loose. Watch the linkage while someone turns the wheel back and forth for play. Check track bar too.

What are you using to tighten the large nut? You need to tighten it more. I have a pipe wrench in 15" length or so, and all my nuts are tight
I also don't use any thread locker on those nuts, because I'm afraid I won't be able to loosen them when time comes to replace tie rod ends or readjust. I actually put antisieze on all these nuts/threads.

Here's an update and another reason not to go with Currie. This is round two on the boots. I'm calling and complaining but not expecting much result from Currie.
