HI guy !! yesterday I just decide to fabric some custom bumper for my jeep... so I go get 7/16 iron and some 3/16 im looking to do a little bit like the bestop high rock bumper with the grill saver or the fab four lifestyle... so I wanna know If some of you have the plan of bumper you are allready made juste for gimme and idea of dimension on piece and that stuff and saved me some time to draw some plan and that stuff I know some of you rock if custom part so help me pleas I try to get something unique

 

What type are you go with full size, midwidth, stuby? If you are willing to weld the bumper on that will save you some time and money. You can get pre fabricated d ring tabs for about $5 each but the bolt on will cost you. Make your winch plate now even if you don't have or even want a winch. It will be a PITA if you have to do it later.


What are you going to do with 7/16 inch steel? In my opinion I think 3/16 is plenty strong.

 

i got 7/16 cause my I allready got a sheet of this size and yes i gonna weld it i got my industrial welding machine and acetylene and oxygene to cut the piece sorry for my expresion my firts language is french ...I wanna do a full size bumper like the fab four lifestyle or the bestop high rock bumper that king of bumper I wanna do
