And the winch box part we had to engineer something totally different using the crossmember with support brackets, along with gussets under it and a section of angle iron. The thing is rock solid.
It was a BEAR to put on though....getting to a couple of the carriage bolts to put the nuts on was crazy...
If i was to do it again (and I wont be) I would try to think of another way to mount it to the frame...

Yeah, I didn't do a write up on my bumper build for the same reasons. It was a 'fly by the pants' project. Start cutting, fitting, grinding, etc...who has time to write it all down and take pics??? I don't think I could build the same bumper again if I wanted to.

Anyway...good job and looks good too.

Another thing I would suggest for anyone using the duplicolour bedliner. After spraying it, it does dry to touchable pretty quick. Leave it for at least 3 days though for it to really harden up....I waited a day to mount mine and it was still a little soft....(I didnt have a choice, I was going on a run on Sat, painted it on the Wednesday and mounted on the Thursday)
I touched up the trail mark I made on Sat last night and the bedliner is very hard now...

Looks awesome, and looks very well done! I'd have thought it professionally designed and built had you not told us otherwise. Great job.
