For those of you who like myself don't put much faith in the factory style hitch.. I had a problem with putting 3500# on a single flimsy cross member.. Here is what I came up with.. I added a second crossmember in the rear to help take some of the weight and flex..





I also added some extra protection under the connector for rocks

 

Very nice work it looks professional and like it would work better then most high dollar hitches. Good Job
