Cut-off
Guys i dont really know how to explain this but bare with me.
you know when you rev the JK all the way and in the end it just
stalls, but whith older jeep models and pretty much any other car it gives you a sweet cut-off
(im not sure if that is even what its really called).

A rev limiter is just that. It limits the RPM of the engine before you cause internal damage to the engine. Reving a motor without any load/weight on it can cause you to float a valve or break the crank etc... I think the Max Pro Programmer will allow you to change the rev limiter.
