Cool Cut and turn C's ?

I am prepping a Rubi front Dana 44 to put in my 08 Sahara 4dr. I am planning a truss, C gussets and lower control arm skids I also want to address the caster & pinion angle issue I have running a Teraflex 3" lift with Coast double cardan front drive shaft & yokes. To get a 0 degree pinion angle the caster is 1.5 instead of 4 to 6 degrees. Can I grind the weld of the C to axle tube, twist the C to get the correct caster, then reweld the C to the axle tube? Do any shops here in SoCal do this? Has anybody here done this mod?

Thanks

Bump for ya.

I haven't seen anyone do this with a JK housing yet, so I'm interested in following your progress. You might check with the vendors to see if there are some aftermarket ends that would weld up. Why keep the stock c's if something like the beefy as hell dynatract pr44 ends will fit, right? (I doubt they will because of the difference in tube diameter, just saying it's worth a call or PM...)
