WHich one should I get? I see Smittybilt has rings that you can get for 8.99 a piece. Are they strong enough? Are they Garbage?

When it comes to recovery gear you really don't want to cheap out.

I only trust VanBeest, Crosby and Columbus McKinnon....oh, and they are called shackles.

Stainless steel shackles are not nearly as strong as the forged steel ones. They should not be used for recovery purposes.

The stainless ones are not forged? There casted! Yea those are no good!

I've always used Marine Grade Galvanized shackles

Buy them from your local boat supply chain make sure they are for boat mooring and not just a pretty finish..
