Default D30 for Rubicon D44 swap - locker question

I picked up a used Rubicon axle at a good price that I knew had a bad ring and pinion. I have to regear to 5:13s anyway so it wasn't a big deal to me that it was busted. The pinion gear shaft broke and wedged against the ring gear and locker while the previous owner was going down the road. Then the guy just had a new Mopar axle installed. I'm hoping to salvage the factory locker and use it in my setup.

The locker case has a some teeth marks in it but nothing major. The actuator plate took a beating though and I'm looking to find a replacement. Do any of you guys know where I might find one or have an old broke down front locker laying around? I hooked up the locker and it trys to lock up but it will never work with the plate bent like it is. Before I go out and buy a new locker, I thought I'd check around to see if I could find an actuator plate. Here's some photos that show the actuator plate and what mine looks like.

That looks repairable. I would heat it up and hammer it out. Get it glowing red and don't hit it hard... nice and easy, then drop it in water when done so you put some strength back into it. Its worth trying as that may be a tough part to find.

I'm pretty sure you can't buy any of the parts for the Rubi e-locker. I looked everywhere imaginable when I needed an actuator for my front locker. No one has access to individual parts, Jeep will gladly sell you a new locker as will a bunch of other places, but I wasn't able to find a single place that would sell parts. Pretty dumb IMO as the actuator and that ring are both very fragile pieces and it would make much more sense to have those available individually. I ended up finding a used factory locker on ebay to use.

If you can't find a broken one to use for parts, start looking into a 35sp ARB or 30sp OX replacement.
