Looking put a lift on my '07 sahara unlimited, 3-4in bolt on. This is my daily driver and needs to be reliable. Would 37's be a good choice or would 35's fit the bill without looking to small.

I don't have 35's or 37's, so I can't speak from experience, but unless you can regear almost immediatly and can afford to put up with the MPG reduction, I would go with 35's. I went with 33's because I am on the highway so much and just can't afford gears or the mpg reduction until I got around to regearing.

I was one of the lucky few who ended up with the 4.11 gears as a part of the tow package. From what i've read it was only available with the sahara package in 07. I'm not sure if a regear would be needed.

Your 4.11 gears are just barely adequate for 31" tires. For 35" tires you will want 5.13 gears to get the best highway driveability and fuel mileage.

It's your Jeep though, so go ahead and put 37s on there. Just don't plan on using high gear anymore.

Most autos regear when going to 35s. I know a few that have even with 4.10s.

Anyway I have 2.5" of lift and I think my 35s look small. So I vote 37. All it what you are looking to spend!

If you drive it daily and especially if you want to be able to use a garage, do what I did and do 3in lift and 35's with a re-gear to 5.13. Looks plenty badass if you pick the right tire (GY duratrac) and is basically as practical as you can get with a lifted Jeep.

Power's Axiom - "If you own a Jeep, your tires will always be too small."

On the regearing side, I have a manual tranny and regeared to 4.88's. If you go 5.13's on a manual transmission forget keeping up with traffic on the interstate. 5.13's is what people are putting on their auto's....Mine's a daily driver and I love it. Just take your time and research.

I have the rubi 4:10s, 35s, and 3" TF. Think its a great setup for my DD. The 4:10s are fine with 35s. Drive it and youll see. Yeah new gears are nice but deff not needed
