Dana 44 Tire Question
Where we start seeing failures with a 44 front and RCVs is 38" and up with a fairly aggressive driver and a heavy JKU. The RCV axle is the failure point. The fact that Toyo is about the heaviest available tire isn't a big help.
In the rear axle, I see too many broken R&Ps with anything over 37" (on a JKU) to have much faith in them. A armored up, loaded JKU is a lot of weight to try and push around with that gear set.

Really?
Anything over 37" your gonna have problems.I would think your gear ratio is either 5.13 or 5.38's,weak area here too.If you're planning 40's plus you need that Dana 60,even at that you still see guys breaking these set ups.
