The driver speaker is a bit harder than the passenger. I put a philps head on a ratchet/driver and that worked real good. Or just use a thumb srew driver

Which speakers are you installing? If it is the Kicker Replacement Speaker then the install is much easier than in that right up. As mentioned above the driver side is harder to get to but using a ratchet with a bit on it will make life much easier.
