Default Daystar Install

I've searched, but came up empty. I'm looking for a write-up for the 1 3/4 front coil spacer install....?

Loosen your lug nuts, jack up the Jeep by the frame until you can take the tire off, use a jack and support theaxle once the tire is off, reomve the shock and swaybar link from the axle mounts, lower the jack under the axle until the spring falls out, pull off the rubber isolator aove the spring, put spacer in then put the isolator back over the spacer, put spring into place on the axle perch, jack up the axle until you can put the shock and swaybar link back on, put wheel on and enjoy

I just put this lift in a couple weeks ago. It is VERY east to do. If I remember right, go to the Quadratec website and they have the instructions for the install link on this items page. It is pretty much like the first poster said. The thing I did different is first jack the vehicle up by the axle, then put the jack stand under the frame on the side you are placing the spacer and let the axle back down until you can take the bolts out of the sway bar link and shock, continue lowering until you can get the spring out. Also, when you do the rear, there is a hollow metal block that will bolt to the frame to lower the rear sway bar link attachment. I think it took me about 1.5 hours and if I had to do it again, I could do in in an hour. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

www.daystarweb.com or tech@daystarweb.com. I found the directions on line, easy kit, a few tight spots up front, and even though you don't have to replace the stock shocks, I did, and had a problem with compressing both Bilstein bushings, so I used the top from the stock set-up. Good luck with it.
