Daystar Tailgate Bump Stops
Just installed Daystar's Tailgate Bump Stops. 
I have to say that I think it is a good idea, but since they aren't the same diameter it makes it tuff to get the length you want.

Had to cut mine as well right in the center of the last large ring. Put it in a vice and used a hacksaw.
