Default Daystar vs Rugged Ridge A-Pillar Switch Pod?

Hello,

Has anyone seen these two in person? I've read of some fitment issues on some folks but other guys reported no issues. Looking to see which one matches the existing interior texture/color the closest.

Thanks,

Daystar is spot on, color matches, made in USA.

It took me about 10 minutes to cut out all 4 switch holes and wiggle the switches in to place.

I used a manly box cutter with manly determination, not like those whiny whimps on Amazon.

Looks perfect.

That is good news, I have an 08 as well. The part I like about the RR version is that they don't plaster the Daystar logo on the front of the panel. I have the Daystar lower switch panel and also the top tray and not a fan of how they logo everything. Looks like I'll be sucking it up though and just get used to it.

It fit well and was easy to install with a little persuasion. Matched my 08 exactly. And you can barely see the logo when it is installed it doesn't bother me at all

I have the rugged ridge A pillar switch pod i just installed this past weekend. the fit and finish on my 12 black interior jk was perfect. the color and material is a 100% match. I love it, I wouldn't mount switches anywhere else! I have Grabars so i had to remove those first, but it was real fast install. I only was wiring up one thing, but i ran wire to my extra switches so I would not have to access again.

Y'all talking about the regular switch panel? If so you can install switches on the factory a-pillar. Sorry it's in the dark can get a better picture later. I just used a plasmaglow switch
