I've used a total of 4 DDM kits over the last 5 years. Never had any major issues that weren't handled by the warranty (1 bad ballast out of 4 sets, no biggie). I definitely recommend the harness. For the price it's hard to beat until you can afford to add projectors to your housings. As long as you aren't a douche who buys those blue or purple bulbs or those who won't aim them down I don't see the big deal.
