I'm by no means an expert but from my short time in the off road world this is what I've gathered. It is a generic description of wobble at speeds generally 40mph + caused by a number of potential problems in the solid axel suspension. I've seen it caused by tires and improper torque put on suspension bolts. I've heard that control arm length and bushings being worn out can also be suspects but don't have first hand info on that. Hope that clears up the Mud a little!
