Thanks for the welcome, and i just figured somebody would be in the same situation that i was in. And i was so glad that i didn't have to spend thousands of dollars to get rid of dw.

So is there a write up on adjusting this? I'll do a search, but in case I don't find it, I just want to know if one exists.

I tried to fix mine once, but couldn't get the damn adjuster to move....
PB blaster and vise grips or a pipe wrench. First time I had to use a pipe wrench to break it loose.
