Default Death wobble help

I need your help guys. I'm getting some serious death wobble. Check ball joints, they are good, checked track bar, it is good abd tight, went through abd tightened all control arms and such and everything good. Even checked wheel lugs and tire balance. I run 35s with a teraflex 2.5 lift. Any ideas would be great.

There is a very good write up on death wobble on here do a search and you will find it. I had a loose jam nut on my track bar cause it.

It could be a bad bushing on the track bar or control arms did you pull them and check?
the steering stabilizer is an integral component of your front end steering and suspension, you need it.
why don't you pull yours off then if you don't need it

Check shocks and lower control arms. Maybe your caster is off? I had a 2.5 bb and experienced DW in my 2007 unltd. replaced shocks, adjusted Cam bolts to get 4.0 caster (didnt even know THESE WERE INSTALLED BEFORE THIS), relaced steering stabilizer. Tightened everything else up. No more DW.

Check the bracket on your axle where the TB attaches to and make sure it isn't wollowed out.

Hey Planman - Quick question if you don't mind. Getting ready to have a little 2.5 Teraflex bb and some new front LCAs on my 2012 unltd, along with some replacement shocks.

Should the mechanic loosen up other suspension components in the process and the re-tighten on the ground in any certain way to make sure things don't torque weird once it goes back down on the ground? e.g the trackbars.

Any advice on this would be great!

Thanks!
