Default Death wobble help!!!

So I installed the synergy trackbar relocation kit to my 3" lift. Afterwards had terrible bump-steep due to not having the drag link flip kit. So today I took the relocation kit off and put the trackbar and Ss back to their normal mounts. When I took it for a test drive around 45mph I got death wobble and had to creep back home. I'm thinking about putting the bracket back on tomorrow and seeing if it fixes the issue and just deal with the bump-steer until the draglink comes in. But I'm stumped as to why I have death wobble after just putting everything back to the stock mounts. Any suggestions?

I posted my suggestion on another forum you posted on....sounds like you did not torque the track bar bolts to the spec 125 lbft...

Is you TB bolt 14mm or 9/16. The 9/16 will have less play. Also you might not have it as tight as it was before adding the bracket.

Well that was it I had used the bolt that came with the track bar relocation bracket and it was a little to long without the bracket on and it didn't torque all the way down. I put the factory bolt back in and torqued it down and no more death wobble!! :sweet:

Glad to see you got it figured out. Here's a great writeup Planman did to help diagnose Death Wobble!
