Exclamation Death Wobble Help Needed ASAP

So I'm sitting in Jacksonville, FL 954 miles from home. Prior to the trip occasionally I would get a case of DW at @ 40, but it was pretty easy to tell when it was going to happen and accelerate past it. Since getting down here It is happening constantly between 35 and 40.

Current set up on the Jeep is an OME HD lift w/JKS adj. trackbar in front, and bracket in the rear. Rolling on 315/70/17 ProComp xTreme M/T's and AEV Pintler Beadlocks. And I have RK LCA mounts welded on (sheared the factory one off a few months back)

I've double checked the torque settings (125 at both ends of the trackbar, LCA's and 75 on the UCA's). Checked tire pressure and the beadlock rings. Also checked the shocks, tie rod ends, and the ball joints (used the shake left and right/up and down method). The axle still is centered, and I had an alignment done about two months ago (haven't wheeled it since - been busy moving), and it still drives true...

So I'm clueless what else can I check. I have to drive the rig back to PA with my family in a few days, and I don't think I wanna do 30 MPH on backroads the whole way... TIA for the help, pics below.

Your steering stabilizer looks like it's leaking, although this would not be the cause for your wobble, it may have been masking it. Get a new stabilizer on and kinda go from there.

Thanks, I'll go take a closer look at it. But I don't think replacing the SS will get me home...

Also check your axle track bar mount and make sure it's not cracked coming loose etc.

Another thing that you may want to address is your swaybar links. They look way too short. If I were you I'd pull the links and drive it, see if it's still as bad, but check the welds on your trackbar mounts first.

The SS is dry now, must have been residual water kicked up from the rain that we've had all day.

The trackbar bracket axle side is fine, pics are uploading, but now cracking or any problems that I could see. Pics are uploading now though.

Agree they need to be replaced with some longer ones, but would the swaybar links cause DW?

Tracking bar wouild be my first check. Mine was slopping side to side. Have someone turn the steering wheel back and forth and watch for slop at the Tracking bar mounts. Good Luck, That's scary crap when it happens.
