Death wobble solved kinda
so we installed aev 4.5 prem lift, love it, but i had serious death wobble, we took apart most of what we installed on the front end got an alignment and tires rebalenced, and the only thing to fix the dw was putting the stock stabilizer back in the stock location. it still has some shaky steering wheel but by no means death wobble, any ideas?

Pull the trackbar and check that the mounting holes aren't wallowing out.
Was everything torqued while on a lift? You could try loosening all the bolts with your JK on the ground, shake it, bounce up and down on the bumpers, etc., and then re-torque. (just to make sure nothing was bound up at a bad angle)
What are your caster and toe set at?

Here is a laundry list of ideas, since I am not sure what you have done:
It sounds like you installed yourself, but if you didn't the obvious start is to take it back to the shop.
Check the AEV steering damper to see if it is faulty.
Check the brackets on the tie rod and axle where the damper attaches to for proper installation.
Your JK is new but check the tie rod ends at both steering knuckles.
Call AEV they design, build and install these kits frequently. Their customer service is excellent in my experience.
Email Jim Frens the designer of the AEV kit on their forum.
Take your JK to an 4x4 shop, preferably one that is familiar with this kit. Their experience may be invaluable in spotting obvious problems.
Take some detailed photos of front suspension parts and post them here. There are enough of here with this kit, that we may be able to spot something.
Double check your alignment and balance.
BTW, 200 ft-lbs on the track-bar Did you crush the brackets?
Did you have any problems drilling the knuckle to install the drag link flip kit?

So if I read that right, it was at 3 after the alignment, then you made one full turn on each? So you may be around 4 now? Low caster isn't helping the diagnosis any...
